The hotel offers lovely, spacious rooms with elegant furnishings, but be mindful of the temperature. Staying in the tower rooms is worth the extra cost. The service was exceptional, with quick resolutions to any issues. The location is exceptional, albeit with minor overcharging incidents. The dining experience boasts a diverse and plentiful buffet. Overall, a luxurious stay with excellent service and amenities.

My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. I felt a bit overwhelmed with the room situation as I had to either pay extra or wait until the afternoon for a change. The rooms were cold, and the absence of basic amenities like a minibar and coffee-making facilities was disappointing. Despite these challenges and having to change rooms twice due to reception errors, the staff tried to make up for it with a larger bed for a fee.
